The Philippines Society of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Inc. (PSREI) held its 15th Annual Convention at the Manila Diamond Hotel last Oct. 21–23 with the theme “Dilemmas in REI: A Problem-Based Approach.”
The three-day convention featured several lectures regarding uterine bleeding, fertility desire in the early 40’s, pelvic endomerosis, and ovarian cryopreservation among others, plus a reproductive endoscopy workshop on the third day. Four foreign guest lecturers also graced the convention, including Dr. Charles Koh and Dr. Cheng Li Chang. Dr. Koh was among the four specialists who conducted the reproductive endoscopy workshop.
A video of Dr. Koh was also shown, featuring hands-on training on laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and advanced laparoscopy (laparoscopic suturing).
