The coolest place in the Philppines witnessed Asia's 1st Trail Running Ultra Marathon series to Baguio-Benguet presented by as The North Face 100. The 22K start at Lake Drive Burnham Park and the 11K start at Camp John Hay Old Gate (Fronting Nevada Square) in April 25 2010.
On its third year, The North Face 100 continues to test the endurance of elite athletes and challenge aspiring individuals to define their personal limits in the gnarly paths, knife ridges, and treachearous mountain trails amidst the cool breeze and pine scent of the Philppines' summer capital.
Experienced trail runners, mountain climbers, outdoor enthusiasts and those craving for the active lifestyle enjoyed the event as The North Face100 traverses unexplored trails of Camp John Hay, the PMA grounds, Mt.Sto.Tomas and Tuba with a fitting finish in the iconic Burnham Park.
This successful event is in partnership with AXN, Sidetrip, 100plus, Department of Tourism, Maynilad, Cobra Energy Drink, Garmin, Continental Airlines, Res Toe Run, Nature Valley, Body Flavors, Manila Genesis, Runnerspeak, Business Mirror, nalgene, PETZL, and Sea to Summit.
