The Dairy Confederation of the Philippines (382-7469; 926-3840, 0917-8323004, 0917-8323006, dairyconphil@yahoo.com) in cooperation with Premier Events Plus Group Inc. (929-7963/93, 426-9603, 920-8136, info@pepgroup.com) presented the Dairy Congress & Expo 2010 last April 16 to 17 at the Cebu International Convention Center.
With the theme, “Sa Dairy ang Kita ay Daily”, the congress aims to cover issues and discussed a wide-range of topics in the Dairy industry including: “Quality Herd Build-Up and Genetics Improvement” which covers Dairy Cattle, Dairy Carabao, Dairy Goat; “Pasture Development, Nutrition, Milk, Collection & QC, and Product Development” that focuses on Pasture Development and Nutrition, Milking, Collection, and Quality Control, Processing Plant operation and Management; “Marketing Dairy Entrepreneur, Dairying—a Career and Profession?” which gives a brief explanation about Marketing, The Dairy Entrepreneur, and Darrying: A Career and Profession.
Moreover, the congress also features stories about Financing, Grants and Assistance, and the DairyCon General Assembly.
