Organized by the Philippine Food Processors and Exporters Organization, Inc., and in cooperation with the Department of Agriculture, PhilExport, and the Department of Trade and Industry, the 9th Philippine Food Expo (Philfoodex) served a variety of food lectures and seminars last February 25-28 at the SM Megatrade Halls in SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City.
Philfoodex will gather manufacturers of products of interest of the world's biggest markets for imported food.
Perfectly sautéed with the theme, “Building a Global Market through Quality Philippine Food Products”, the four-day event discussed topics including Basics on Cacao Production, Functional Ingredients from Plant Sources in the Philippines, Developing New Product Lines, Mega Fishing, and Fortified Snacks for Kids.
The expo is supported and sponsored with partners from different industries: The Philippine Star, Grafik Magazine, Buy & Sell, PAGCOR.
