19th Mindanao Business Conference

The 19th Mindanao Business Conference (MiniBizCon) kicked off in Cagayan De Oro City, known to as the economic hub of Northern Mindanao.

This year’s MiniBizCon with the theme, “One. Global. Mindanao. Maximizing Potentials,” is held last September 17-18 at the Atrium in Limketai Center, Cagayan de Oro City.  With the supervision of Mr. Ralph Paguio, president of the event’s host organization, the Cagayan De Oro Chamber Commerce and Industry Foundation, the event serves as the premier venue for showcasing Mindanao’s investment opportunities, and also linking its business community with investors and buyers to share practices in economic development, raising a more competitive business environment.

The program includes four plenary sessions supporting Mindanao’s winners. In the sessions the organization highlighted the key products of each sub-region. Hand-in-hand with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), Cagayan de Oro City Government, USAID’s Growth with Equity in Mindanao Program, the Mindanao Development Authority, and other partners made the business gathering a hit.
