OSHDP 1st National Convention

The Organization of Socialized Housing Developers of the Philippines (OSHDP) held their first ever National Convention last August 19-20, 2010 at the Grand Men Seng Hotel, Davao City.

Organization of Socialized Housing Developers of the Philippines  (OSHDP) is , an assembly of private developers and allied interests nationwide involved in the development of socialized and low-costing housing, spearheaded by their president, Ms. Linda A. Tan bear their advocacies on boosting the momentum and gains that housing sectors has achieved in pump-priming the economy. Thus, the theme “Sulong Pabahay, Ginhawang Buhay”, A Stronger  OSHD-Government Partnership on Leaping Forward Through Socialized Housing. The said event provides participants to have first-rate opportunity to be updated on relevant issues, insights and share networks with like-minded professionals in the real estate business.  The event served as an avenue for fresh faces in the government, such as newly appointed officials that made them impart their views and their department’s policies affecting the sustainability of the real estate and housing sector. Most of the participants who attended the convention were major stakeholders in the housing business .
